How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your personal data removed from Le Celebration's systems, you may submit a deletion request through any of the following methods:

• Email: privacy@lecelebration.com or seema@lecelebration.com
• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request — [Your Name / Email / Phone]"

What We Delete

Upon verifying your identity, we will remove the following data associated with your account:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Saved delivery addresses
• Order preferences and occasion reminders
• Telegram/WhatsApp linked account data
• Any uploaded photos (cake reference images)
• Marketing communication preferences

What We Retain

Certain records are retained as required by Indian law (GST/tax compliance, financial audit requirements):

• GST invoices and tax records (retained for the statutory period as required by Indian tax law)
• Payment transaction references (anonymised, no personal details)
• Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our terms

Retained records are minimised to only what is legally required and are not used for marketing or profiling.

Processing Timeline

• We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
• Identity verification may be required (OTP to registered phone/email).
• Deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification.
• You will receive a confirmation once your data has been removed.

Facebook / Third-Party Login

If you signed in using a third-party service (Google, Facebook), deleting your data from Le Celebration does not delete your account with that provider. To manage data held by third-party login providers, visit their respective privacy settings.

For Facebook-specific data deletion requests related to our app, you may use this page URL as the Data Deletion Callback. Upon receiving a deletion request from Facebook, we will process it within the same timeline described above.
