When you submit a reference photo, describe a cake to our AI, or build one with our tools, please understand that each cake is handcrafted by our bakers and is a unique artistic interpretation of your request. We put our best effort into matching the design, but an exact copy is not possible due to the nature of edible materials, icing behaviour, and the artistic liberty involved in handcrafting.

Reasonable variation in colour, shape, proportions, fine detail, and finishing is an inherent part of a handmade cake and does not constitute a defect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Le Celebration accepts no liability for such artistic deviation, and it is not, on its own, grounds for a refund.

Any AI-generated preview image we show you (for example on the confirm-and-pay screen) is an illustrative approximation only — it is computer-generated, is not a photograph of your actual cake, and is not a guarantee of the final result.

Content Policy

We do not accept reference photos that contain sexually explicit, nude, or otherwise inappropriate content. Uploaded photos are screened, and any order found to violate this policy will not be produced. You are solely responsible for the content you upload — Le Celebration is not responsible for any content submitted by customers, and we reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion on this basis. A flagged order does not block checkout, but is held for our team’s personal review before production; where an order is rejected on this basis, any refund is handled per our standard Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Flavour and size will match your selected options exactly.
Theme and colour scheme will closely follow your reference photo.
Text/messages on the cake will be as specified by you.
Food safety and hygiene standards are always maintained (FSSAI compliant).
Fresh ingredients — no artificial preservatives, baked on the delivery day.
Eggless preparation if selected — no cross-contamination.

What May Vary (Best Effort)

Exact shade/gradient of colours — food-safe colours may appear slightly different from screen/print references.
Intricate details — very fine patterns, miniature figurines, or photorealistic elements are interpreted artistically.
Structural elements — gravity-defying designs may be adapted for food-safe stability.
Fondant vs. buttercream rendering — some textures render differently depending on the finish chosen.
Character/brand likenesses — we create artistic interpretations and do not replicate copyrighted characters exactly.

“Build Your Own” Cakes

For cakes designed using our Build Your Own tool, the final product will match your selections (shape, size, flavour, icing, toppings) as closely as possible. Artistic decorations and finishing touches are at the baker’s discretion to ensure the best visual result with food-safe materials.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Once your order is confirmed (payment successful), it cannot be cancelled — custom cakes are made specifically for your order, and we begin sourcing ingredients and scheduling production immediately. If you have a genuine reason you cannot proceed, you may raise a Refund Request instead; approval and whether the outcome is a refund or a store voucher are at our discretion, and depend on how much of your order has already gone into production. Quality issues: If the delivered cake has a genuine quality defect (wrong flavour, significantly different from agreed design, food safety concern), contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

“Doesn’t look exactly like the photo” — As stated above, reference photos are artistic guides. Minor variations in colour, detail, or finishing do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a refund.

Allergen Information

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions for eggless and nut-free orders, trace amounts may be present due to shared equipment. If you have severe allergies, please inform us at the time of ordering so we can take additional precautions.

Delivery Terms

Cakes are perishable and should be refrigerated upon receipt. We are not responsible for damage caused after handover to the recipient or delivery partner.

Delivery times are estimates. Traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays of up to 30 minutes beyond the scheduled slot.

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact them via the provided phone number. If undeliverable, the cake will be returned to our outlet and must be picked up within 2 hours.
