1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- Before preparation starts: Full refund. Cancel any time before the kitchen begins preparing your order.
- After preparation starts (order status: "Being Prepared"): No cancellation allowed. The food/cake is already being made specifically for your order.
- Custom cakes (Build Your Own / Recreate from Photo): Non-cancellable once production begins. Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
1.2 Cancellation by Le Celebration
- If we cancel your order due to item unavailability, operational issues, or any reason on our end — you will receive a full refund automatically.
- We will notify you via Telegram/WhatsApp immediately.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility

2.2 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank processing time may add 2–3 additional days depending on your bank.
- UPI refunds are typically faster (1–3 days).
2.3 How to Request a Refund
- Use the Cancel Order button on your order tracking page (if eligible).
- For quality issues: contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp or Telegram.

3. Pricing & Tax
- All displayed prices are exclusive of GST.
- GST at 5% (CGST 2.5% + SGST 2.5%) is added at checkout as per government regulations for restaurant services.
- Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown separately at checkout.
- Final amount payable = Item total + GST + Delivery charge.
