Do you deliver cakes across Bangalore?

Yes. Le Celebration delivers fresh cakes, pastries, and cafe food across serviceable Bangalore pincodes from our two outlets (DLF Westend Heights, Akshaynagar and Hiranandani, Begur). Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability and the delivery charge. Pickup is also available with no minimum order.

Do you have eggless cakes?

Yes. Many of our cakes are available eggless. Eggless items are clearly marked with an "Eggless" badge on the product page, and you can filter for them in the catalog.

How much notice / lead time do you need for a cake order?

Ready items can often go out the same day. Made-to-order and custom cakes need preparation time (typically several working hours, shown as a prep-time badge on each product). The available delivery slots you see at checkout already account for the required lead time, calculated in IST from our store hours (8:30 AM–11:00 PM).

Can I order a cake for same-day delivery?

Often yes, for ready and quick-prep items, if you order before the same-day cutoff and a delivery slot is still open. The checkout only shows slots that are actually achievable for the items in your cart, so if a same-day slot appears, it is available.

Can I customize a cake — flavour, weight, message, or photo?

Yes. On each cake you can choose the weight, add a message on the cake, and add special instructions. For fully bespoke cakes use "Build your own cake", or upload a reference photo with "Recreate from a photo" and our team will quote it.

What cake sizes and weights can I order?

Cakes are sold by weight, typically starting from 500g and going up to larger tiers (and higher for designer/showstopper and wedding cakes). The available weights and the price for each are shown on the product page.

How does pricing work, and are taxes included?

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) per item. Applicable GST is shown at the product and checkout level. Weight-based cakes are priced per the selected weight tier, and any add-ons or options adjust the total shown before you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

Orders are paid online securely at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, after which it goes into preparation for your chosen delivery or pickup slot.

Do you take party, bulk, or corporate orders?

Yes. We handle party orders, event cakes and desserts, and corporate/bulk orders. See our Party Orders and Corporate pages, or contact us to plan larger requirements.

Can I get a cake for a specific occasion (birthday, anniversary, wedding)?

Yes. We make celebration cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, baby showers and more. Products are tagged by occasion so you can browse the catalog for the right one, or request a custom design.

Do you have allergen information for your cakes?

Where applicable, allergen information is shown on the product page. If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please add it in the special instructions or contact us before ordering.

Can I cancel or get a refund on an order?

Cancellations and refunds are handled per our refund policy. Because cakes are made fresh to order, timing matters — please review the refund policy page or contact us as early as possible.
